Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Refunds or exchanges are accepted up to that point. After the 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we stand behind our products so if it is a defective product or damaged item they are exempt from this policy.

To complete your return, we require your invoice as proof of purchase or invoice number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
