Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. Refunds or exchanges are accepted up to that point. After the 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we stand behind our products so if it is a defective product or damaged item they are exempt from this policy.**
To complete your return, we require your invoice as proof of purchase or invoice number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically requested.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacement Policy
Item replacement policies depend on the type of item, the date of purchase, and the manufacturer. We can assist with item replacements for KnitPro and Lantern Moon items directly. For any other brands including ChiaoGoo, addi, Clover etc., you must go through the manufacturer directly for a replacement item. Please see the appropriate manufacturer's website for their replacement request form.
In the event you need a replacement for a defective KnitPro or Lantern Moon item, here is the procedure:
- You should replace the customer’s defective item(s) from your own inventory if possible.
- Contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone with the defective item(s) and what is wrong with it/them.
- Please email us a picture of the broken/defective item for our records and to report it to the manufacturer.
- All our manufacturers have different warranties and policies for replacement, so at that time, we will let you know if we need you to ship it/them to us or not. If we require shipping, we will pay postage.
- We can either credit your account or send a replacement with your next order.
- We do not replace/refund whole sets. In the case of needle sets, we will replace defective parts only. For example, if one of your KnitPro IC needle tips breaks, we will replace that one individual tip that is broken.
- No returns of items will be accepted without prior communication with our customer service department.
KnitPro Replacement Policy per KnitPro
"All KnitPro products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect.
While we take all care to manufacture our products to the highest quality standards, in the rare instance of a product not performing up to expectations that is attributed to a manufacturing related reason, KnitPro offers the following customer service and return policy:
All defective products will be replaced by stores from where these have been purchased. Request for replacement should be accompanied by a dated receipt/invoice issued by the store.
- In the case of all needle sets, replacements will be provided for the affected needle and/or just the faulty part.
- In the case of Double Pointed Needles, KnitPro will replace the defective needle only instead of replacing all five needles.
- No replacement for damage is offered for needles subjected to undue stress such as severe pressure or being used as tools not related to needlework. Please remember that the smaller size wooden needles between 2.00 mm to 4.00 mm are fragile and need to be handled carefully.
- Majority of our needles and crochet hooks have the metric size printed on the main body of the product, however with on-going use the printing may lighten or wear off the products. Please note that this is not indicative of any defect in the needle and will not be considered a cause for replacement.
- Any discontinued merchandise will be replaced with a similar item, as available."
