If a package or packages are lost by UPS or USPS, our policy is to replace the order for you and reship it. We do not refund your payment. If this should happen, you need to notify us within 30 days. If we are not notified within 30 days, we will not be able to compensate you for a lost package/packages.
In the event a package is shown as delivered by USPS or UPS, and you do not think it was, we do not take responsibility for replacements. Once the package is shown as delivered, if you can not find it, you should check with the carrier. If they can't help, you will need to report it stolen to the police so you can make an insurance claim.
